As we approach the 3rd annual MAKE ART! Artist Awards and CR8TV HOUSE fundraiser, we invite you to participate in the nomination process for the 2026 awards. We seek to recognize and uplift Black and Brown artists based in Milwaukee who embody radical imagination, consider legacy in their work, and reflect the spirit of THE CR8TV HOUSE. Please submit two artist nominations by filling out this form. Your nominations will be reviewed together, and the chosen artists will be honored at next years event.

- Black, Brown, Indigenous artists based in Milwaukee
- Artists who demonstrate our values. 

• Imagination.

• Collaboration.

• Conversation.

• Community.

• Knowledge Sharing

- Artists whose work thoughtfully explores and honors the concept of legacy, whether by preserving cultural narratives, amplifying ancestral stories, or creating works that connect the past, present, and future.

Deadline for Nominations: Monday, June 15th

The winner will announced on Monday June 22nd via the email listed on the nomination form.
